What is Jumii?
Jumii is an online store offering high-quality digital educational resources for primary school children. Our collection includes bedtime stories, early reader books, reading comprehension worksheets, flashcards, literacy activities, maths resources, and other printable learning materials designed to make learning enjoyable.
Are your products physical or digital?
All Jumii products are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.
Who are your resources designed for?
Our resources are created for primary school children, generally between 4 and 11 years old. Each product includes a recommended age or year level to help you choose the right resource.
Are your resources aligned with school curriculums?
Our resources are designed to support key literacy, numeracy, and language skills taught in primary schools. While they may complement a variety of curriculums, including those used internationally, they are intended as educational support rather than official curriculum materials.
How do I receive my purchase?
Once your payment has been successfully processed, your digital files will be available to download immediately. You'll also receive an email with your download link and can access your purchases through your account.
How do I download my files again?
If you've created an account, simply log in to access your previous purchases and download them again. If you experience any problems, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
What file formats do you provide?
Most resources are supplied as PDF files, making them easy to print and view on computers, tablets, and many mobile devices.
Can I use the resources on an iPad, tablet, or computer?
Yes! Our PDF resources can be viewed on most computers, tablets, and smartphones. If you prefer, you can also print them for hands-on learning.
Can I print the resources more than once?
Yes. You may print your purchased resources as many times as you need for your own personal use or within your own classroom.
Can teachers use Jumii resources in the classroom?
Absolutely! Our resources are perfect for classroom lessons, small group instruction, homework, literacy centres, tutoring, and intervention activities.
Can I share my purchased files with others?
No. Your purchase is for personal or single-classroom use only. Please do not share, upload, email, copy, or distribute the files to others. If friends or colleagues would like a copy, please encourage them to purchase their own from Jumii.
Can I use Jumii resources for commercial purposes?
No. Jumii resources may not be resold, redistributed, modified for resale, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Do I need special software?
No. Most of our resources can be opened using any standard PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free to download.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we are generally unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed. However, if you experience any issues with your files, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve the problem promptly.
Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
You may be able to check out as a guest, depending on your location and payment method. However, creating an account makes it easier to access your order history and download your purchases again in the future.
